1.Jaisamand Lake
Jaisamand Lake is known for being one of the second largest artificial lake in Asia. It is located just 48 kms from Jaipur.  Jaisamand Lake is also known as Dhebar. This lake covers an area of 36sq km. In 1685, Maharana Jai Singh built this lake while making a dam on the Gomti River. The depth of this lake approximately 102 feet and has a circumference of 30 miles. 9 rivers and 99 Nullas.
The lake had seven hidden islands which was discovered only after some years of exploration. The largest of these islands is known as ‘Baba ka Bhangra’ and ‘Piari’ the second largest.
2.The Lake Palace
The Lake Palace is one of the most romantic and a perfect holiday destination to chill out.The Lake was constructed by Maharana Jai Singh in 1746.

Lake Palace has a number  of courtyards  are aligned with  columns, breath taking fountains, terraces,  and beautiful gardens. 3. Kumbhalgarh
The  ever dependable fort of Kumbhalgarh is the second largest wall after ‘The Great Wall Of China’. It is encircled by thirteen elevated mountain peaks.It was used to protect the Rajput warriors at the time of Danger.It was build in the 17th century and it still stands strong till date.

According to popular folkfore , the Maharana of Kumbhalgarh, Rana Kumbha, was initially repeatedly unsuccessful in attempts to build the fort wall. A spiritual preceptor was consulted about the construction problems and advised the ruler that a voluntary human sacrifice would solve whatever was causing the impediment. The spiritual advisor advised building a temple where the head should fall, and to build the wall and the fort where the rest of his body lay. As can be expected, for some time no one volunteered, but one day, a pilgrim, or some versions suggest a soldier, and some the spiritual preceptor and the pilgrim were one and the same, volunteered and was ritually decapitated. Today the main gate of the fortress, Hanuman Pol, contains a shrine and a temple to commemorate the great sacrifice.

4.Nagda
Nagda  previously known as Nagahrida was the capital of Mewar.It is a small town located near Bagela 23 km north-west of Udaipur.

The temple was dedicated to Lord Vishnu and was made in two structures,one by the mother-in law and the other by the daughter-in-law.Another temples that exhibits the flawless art is The Jain Temple.Dedicated to Jian Saint Shanti Nath and was build during the rule of Rana Khamba.It has a strange idol which is 9 feet in height, and that’s where the temples name came into place.The temples were destroyed by foreign invaders to a large extent and a legendary myth states that the invaders never returned back.


5..Jag Mandir Palace

Jag Mandir Palace was built in the 17th century by Maharana Karan Singh. It is located on the southern island of Lake Pichola and is made in yellow sandstone and marble. The purpose of this temple was to serve refuge for young Prince Khurram, who later became popular as Emperor Shan Jahan one of the strongest Rulers in Mughal History.
The Young Prince revolted against his father and was given refuge by Maharana Karan Singh.While it was still being constructed. The Prince gave ideas to how it should be build.It has amazing interiors and decorated with the Muslim Cresent.
