1.Jaisamand Lake
Jaisamand Lake is known for being one of the second largest artificial lake in Asia. It is located just 48 kms from Jaipur.  Jaisamand Lake is also known as Dhebar. This lake covers an area of 36sq km. In 1685, Maharana Jai Singh built this lake while making a dam on the Gomti River. The depth of this lake approximately 102 feet and has a circumference of 30 miles. 9 rivers and 99 Nullas.

The lake had seven hidden islands which was discovered only after some years of exploration. The largest of these islands is known as ‘Baba ka Bhangra’ and ‘Piari’ the second largest.

2.The Lake Palace

3. Kumbhalgarh

The  ever dependable fort of Kumbhalgarh is the second largest wall after ‘The Great Wall Of China’. It is encircled by thirteen elevated mountain peaks.It was used to protect the Rajput warriors at the time of Danger.It was build in the 17^th century and it still stands strong till date.

According to popular folkfore , the Maharana of Kumbhalgarh, Rana Kumbha, was initially repeatedly unsuccessful in attempts to build the fort wall. A spiritual preceptor was consulted about the construction problems and advised the ruler that a voluntary human sacrifice would solve whatever was causing the impediment. The spiritual advisor advised building a temple where the head should fall, and to build the wall and the fort where the rest of his body lay. As can be expected, for some time no one volunteered, but one day, a pilgrim, or some versions suggest a soldier, and some the spiritual preceptor and the pilgrim were one and the same, volunteered and was ritually decapitated. Today the main gate of the fortress, Hanuman Pol, contains a shrine and a temple to commemorate the great sacrifice.

4.Nagda

Nagda  previously known as Nagahrida was the capital of Mewar.It is a small town located near Bagela 23 km north-west of Udaipur.

The temple was dedicated to Lord Vishnu and was made in two structures,one by the mother-in law and the other by the daughter-in-law.Another temples that exhibits the flawless art is The Jain Temple.Dedicated to Jian Saint Shanti Nath and was build during the rule of Rana Khamba.It has a strange idol which is 9 feet in height, and that’s where the temples name came into place.The temples were destroyed by foreign invaders to a large extent and a legendary myth states that the invaders never returned back.

5..Jag Mandir Palace

Jag Mandir Palace was built in the 17^th century by Maharana Karan Singh. It is located on the southern island of Lake Pichola and is made in yellow sandstone and marble. The purpose of this temple was to serve refuge for young Prince Khurram, who later became popular as Emperor Shan Jahan one of the strongest Rulers in Mughal History.

The Young Prince revolted against his father and was given refuge by Maharana Karan Singh.While it was still being constructed. The Prince gave ideas to how it should be build.It has amazing interiors and decorated with the Muslim Cresent.

The Haunted City Of Rajasthan Bhangarh…Are u Brave Enough?

Bhangarh a place located between Jaipur and Alwar In the State Of Rajasthan.It is believed that the Bhangarh is Haunted and no one dares to go there after sunset.It is widely known for its ruins, but a visit to Bhangarh is always memorable as the place is quiet beautiful and tranquil.What remains now is a shadow of once a beautiful  kingdom.

The story of The infamous Fort.

The story dates back to 1573 when the fortress was build.It was built by Raja Bhagawat Das, the ruler of Amber, The fort was the residence of Madho Singh.

The ruler’s second son who fought alongside his father and brother in many of the wars they had.The decline of The Fort Started in 1630 after Chhatr Singh, son of Madhi Singh got killed  in some violent accident.The downfall continued until 1783 when the city and the Fort were completely abandoned after the famine that hit the city known as Bhangarh Myths.

It is believed that the city was cursed by the Great Guru BaluNath, which caused the towns evacuation. Guru Balu Nath appraised the establishment of the town but he said that the moment the shadow of your palaces touched him,the city will be no more. Ignoring such beliefs , a descendant raised the palace to such a height that it shadowed BaluNaths Beliefs.  And thus the town was devastated as prophesied. The small Samadhi where BaluNath was buried is still believed to be there. 

Many others also believe that the charm of the princess was said to be matchless in all of Rajasthan. Growing up she was the most adorable thing in the city.Bhangarh Ratnavati was growing up to a young gal and the age of 18 she started to get marriage proposals from all over the region.In the same part of the city there lived a tantric(magician) who had undying  love for the princess though he knew that he would never have the chance of even meeting her.He was so desperately in love that his frustrations took the best of him.In one of those occasions he seized an idea to hypnotize the Princess as one of the maids was going to the market to buy scented oil for the princess.He took the moment and casted evil magic on the oil which would make the princess fall head over heels for him just by touching the oil.But in this moment the young Princess saw through his plan and threw away the oil. Where the flagon rolled over a stone.As soon as the oil touched the stone, it started rolling towards the tantrik and the stone crushed him.In the last moments the tantric cursed the palace and the Princess  and all those who dwelt in it, taking away  their rights to rebirth in their destinies

.The following year there was a battle Between Bhangarh and AiaBarh and there the kingdom lost its Young Beautiful Princess and  the decline of the Kingdom.

The Love That Never Ends Taj Mahal

Taj Mahal, one of the greatest monuments in the world which stands at the heart of India.It has a story that has touched the heart of millions of listeners since the Taj has been visible.A story that dates back to 1631 and it still continues to live on in the form of The Taj and is considered as an example of eternal love and how  a person can love another person so deeply .An English Poet, Sir Edwin Arnold best describes it not as a piece of architecture but the proud passion of the emperors love for her lover and wrought it in living stones.The Story is about The Emperor Shah Jahan and his dear wife Mumtaz Mahal.
The story began when the young prince was strolling around Meena Bazar, accompanied by a string of fawning  courtiers There Shah Jahan caught a glimpse of a girl hawking silk and glass beads.It was a feeling he had never gone through and love at first sight and the girl was Mumtaz Mahal.She was known as Arjunmand Banu Begum at that time.He was 14 years old then,

and she was a muslim Persian Princess,she was 15 then.After meeting her,Shah Jahan went back to his father and had talks about his marriage with Mumtaz.The match was solemnized after five years in the year 1612. Shah Jahan was born in the year 1952. Shah Jahan, initially named Prince Khurram, was born in the year 1592. He was the son of Jehangir, the fourth Mughal emperor of India and the grandson of Akbar the Great. Shan Jahan was entrusted with the royal seat  in the year 1628.He also bestowed the title of Mumtaz Mahal i.e “Jewel of the Palace. She was one of the favourite and shared a  special bond with Mumtaz Mahal even though he had other wives.She use to accompany wherever he went and even on military campaigns  as they were inseparable.In the year 1631, Mumtaz Passed away when she was giving birth to their 14^th child, she died due to some serious complications. While she was breathing her last breath.Shah Jahan promised her that he would never remarry and will build the richest mausoleum over her grave.
Shah Jahan was so heartbroken that he ordered the court into mourning for two years.Sometimes after her death,Shan Jahan Started erecting the most beautiful monument in the memory of her beloved wife.It took 22,000 workers and 22 years to complete this beautiful piece of art.Shah Jahm passed away in the year 1666 and his body was placed right next to the tomb of muntaz.It now counts amongst the Seven Wonders of the world and  a true art and beauty of True love and what that Taj stands for.It is located in Agra just a few hours drive from New Delhi.Visit our website for tours to
